We’ll also climbing through your attic looking for leaks, inspecting the plumbing boots and ridge vents. Heck we can even inspect for termites while we’re there.

With an annual inspection, you’ve got a much better chance of catching that corroded/oxidized PEX crimp before it blows. You can protect against water intrusion that is rotting your front bandsill, And let not forget about the roof.
